PNG Design License for pngartx.com

This PNG Design License (“License”) outlines the terms and conditions for using the PNG design files (the “Designs”) downloaded from pngartx.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Grant of License

By purchasing a Design from our website, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Design for print-on-demand (POD) applications only. This license permits you to:

• Download the Design in its original format.
• Use the Design to create physical products for sale through POD services.

2. Restrictions

This License does not grant you the following rights:

• You may not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Design.
• You may not distribute, resell, lease, or sublicense the Design in its original or modified form.
• You may not use the Design for any purpose other than POD applications.
• You may not use the Design in a way that suggests endorsement by pngartx.com or any person or entity.

3. Ownership

We retain all ownership rights, including intellectual property rights, to the Designs. You are not acquiring any ownership rights to the Designs by purchasing a license.

4. Term and Termination

This License will remain in effect until terminated. We may terminate this License for any reason, at any time, upon written notice to you. The limitations on your use of the Design set forth in Section 2 will survive termination of this License.

5. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Design in violation of this License.

6. Governing Law

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.

7. Entire Agreement

This License constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Designs.
